My name is Kim Harris and I am happy you are here! I am a mom of two boys, four dogs, and I am a real estate transaction coordinator.

My journey started 6 years ago when I started my career as an order placement specialist for a title and escrow company. My job was to go through all the legal documents of a real estate transaction and make sure everything was correct and compliant. I communicated with the buyers, sellers, and agents of the transaction to make sure I had all the information I needed for our files. I loved every minute of it but eventually decided to part ways with the company.

This career change had me looking for what was next and had me questioning what I wanted to do to bring in an income for my family.

When the opportunity of becoming a real estate transaction coordinator came to my attention, I knew that that was what I wanted to do.

This position puts me back into the real estate world while also maintaining a good work life balance.

As a real estate transaction coordinator, I am able to use my knowledge of the inner workings of a transaction and I am able to use my ability to pay attention to all the little details to ensure that all of your files and documents are correct and compliant.

As a real estate transaction coordinator, I can be your liaison between the title and escrow company, your client, and the opposing agent by communicating with them every step of the way. I am able to ensure that everything is completed by the deadline and that all the signatures have been received.
