    • Introduction emails to all parties

    • Send weekly check in emails to agents

    • Send 1 week to closing email to lender and closing company

    • Follow up with closing team to ensure everything is running smoothly

    • Respond to all emails regarding the transaction

    • Send agent calendar deadline invites

    • Upload documents into system of your choice

    • Send documents for signatures as needed

    • Submit and ensure approval of all compliance documents

    • Send client a copy of all signed documentation

    • Follow up to ensure loans are progressing

    • Follow up to confirm appraisal status

    • Change MLS to pending or contingent

    • Change MLS to sold
